"What's in a name?" is a famous quote from Shakespeare - but did you ever stop to think about what really is in your name? Is it a random "Susan" "William" or "Barbara" that your parents picked out of a hat when you were born? Of course not! They probably devoted a lot of thought to choosing it, knowing that your name would be the "word" most closely associated with everything that is "you" throughout your life.
Would it surprise you to learn that the answer to Shakespeare's famous question "What's in a name?" is - Everything : our fate, our character, our thoughts, the things that happen to us, the order in which they happen and how we react to these events? As a professional numerologist, that's what I study: not the sound of your name, or the associations it brings to mind, or how modern it is, or whether it's inherently female or male, but the actual letters, converted into an ancient, complex and scientific system of numbers that corresponds to and determines the most important "aspects" of your life, which we also call "influences."
For centuries, numerologists have researched and refined a system that classifies these powerful Life Influences in ways that help us to better understand, master and ultimately use these Influences for the benefit of ourselves, our friends and families, and humankind in general. At the same time, these forces also reveal to us our purpose - why we are here and which specific tasks we need to prioritize in this life.
